The Executive Shaving Company treats the delivery of all our customers’ orders as a priority. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying it.
This is why, for UK domestic deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked services. Unlike normal packet post services, these will provide us with the ability to track your order as it progresses through the Royal Mail network, right up to the point of delivery. So we will always know where your order is.
We have also partnered with courier firm UPS for our express deliveries. UPS are one of the largest courier companies in the world and offer the complete next working day delivery service. This next working day service is fully tracked and insured, again for complete peace of mind. Please Note: Express UPS deliveries despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Depending on the delivery address, we will sometimes use DHL Courier Services.
Free shipping is currently available for all UK orders over £75 only.
For international deliveries, we use Royal Mail International services and UPS for express deliveries. You can find full details of our International Order Delivery policy here.

U.K. Order Despatch
We will dispatch your order to you on the same day, provided that we receive your order before 15:00 GMT Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday if Monday falls on a Bank Holiday. Orders placed on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Next Day Service despatches - all Next Day Service orders will be dispatched on the same day, up until 15:00 GMT. After this cut off point, they will be dispatched on the next working day.

~The Small Items service is only available on selected small sized items and is not applicable to all items sold by The Executive Shaving Company.
*Deliveries to some remote areas cannot be guaranteed by the next working day, but are guaranteed within 3 working days.
**We reserve the right to alter the service for Next Day deliveries depending on size, value and weight of your order. For all next day orders that weigh over 2kg we will guarantee delivery the next working day, but cannot guarantee delivery before 4 pm.
†UPS deliveries despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day.
Please be aware the Estimated Delivery time is an estimate only, not a guarantee. Delivery to your chosen address may take longer than stated depending on external factors out with our control. If your address is located on the Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands and Islands delivery may take slightly longer.
Restricted Items Delivery
All items classified as a ‘Bladed Product’ under the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, will require proof of age upon delivery. We use Royal Mail’s Age Verification delivery services for this. Royal Mail use the Challenge 25 procedure, so if you look under 25 you will be required to provide proof of age, either a valid passport or driving licence.
Free shipping is currently available on all UK orders over £75 only. This free service is our Standard Shipping service by Royal Mail and can take between 2 to 5 days for delivery.
If you require your order sooner than this, you will need to select either the Express or Next Day shipping services at checkout.
If you are out when delivery is attempted
If no one is at the delivery address stated on your order to take receipt of your parcel, the delivery person will leave an 'I Called When You Were Out' card. This card will contain detailed instructions for you to arrange collection or redelivery of your order. Please call the telephone number on this card or visit their website, before you call us.
Alternative 'Safe Place' Delivery Instructions
If you add a ‘Safe Place’ Alternative Delivery Instruction to your order, such as ‘ If out leave parcel in my shed ’ this will invalidate any insurance on the parcel and so liability for the item will be down solely to you. As a result of this any order that requires a signature, or is over £75 in value, will not be dispatched to a ‘Safe Place’ alternative to your address.
If your parcel is damaged in transit to you
If your parcel has been damaged by the courier in transit to you, please call us on 0141 880 3040 straight away. If this is not possible, you can email us at [email protected] detailing the damage. Please send us some digital images of the damage as well, so we can begin to resolve this for you quickly.
We are happy to dispatch orders to service personnel who use the BFPO address system.

The Executive Shaving Company offers our customers a 14 day, 100% satisfaction guarantee. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, Executive Shaving offers you a 14 day, 100% return guarantee. Once you receive your order you have 14 days from the day after you received your delivery to decide if you want to keep the goods, or return them to us for a full refund. In order to do this, you must provide us with notice of cancellation within the 14 day period. This notice must either be a written letter, email or a clearly stated telephone call. Simply return the item(s) in their original packaging to us enclosing a completed copy of our Returns Form and we will replace, exchange or refund you.
Please note: If the item(s) have been opened, used or damaged before returning to us we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by an appropriate amount. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on used razors, brushes, combs or blades, unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We are unable to process refunds until after we have received the original goods back. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning an item, please contact us with a clear copy (photo or scanned image) of your Post Office receipt so we can investigate the matter.
How To Return An Item To Us
For all returns we require you to include a completed copy of our Returns Form with the returned item(s). This form will allow us to quickly process any exchanges or refunds. Failure to include this form can lead to delays in the return process.

United Kingdom Returns
Re-use the original packaging and filler if possible. Send the item(s) back to us at the address below, we recommend using 2nd class Royal Mail recorded delivery to do this.

E.U. and Rest of the World Returns
Our Returns Policy, above, also applies in full to our overseas customers. All we ask is that you pay for the return shipping to ensure that we receive the returned goods. If the goods you are returning are faulty, or sent in error we will refund your postage costs once we receive the returned goods.
