International Delivery & Returns Policy
We can deliver to addresses in the United States of America, Europe and selected countries around the world.

Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 3pm (Glasgow Time) are dispatched the same day. Order received after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
The transit time of your parcel depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout.
Christmas Dispatches
The last dispatch dates for Standard Service international shipments are:

Delivery Services
We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout.
All orders are sent on a tracked service which means you will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched and you can track the progress of your order to the point of delivery.
We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive the parcel.

European Tax and Customs Duty Information
IOSS (Import One Stop Shop) Simplified E.U. Customer Ordering
To all our European customers, Executive Shaving is now IOSS registered.
That means our E.U. customers will pay no additional duty charges when receiving any order under the value of €150/£130*.
The price you see on our website is the all you need to pay, along with the requisite shipping charge for your country, shown above.
VAT will automatically be applied and charged at checkout on the website. Executive Shaving will pay VAT directly to the E.U. through our IOSS registration.
Now that we are IOSS registered there will be no import duty added to any E.U. destined order below the value of €150/£130*. This means that there should be no delays over tax collection when your order arrives at the country of destination.
If you order value is over the €150/£130* threshold, VAT will be deducted at checkout and you will be charged import duty when the parcel arrives at the customs zone in your country of destination. We recommend you check with your local customs office for country specific advice on tax matters.

We accept no responsibility or liability for orders impounded by local customs authorities due to the non-payment of local import taxes. If the package is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of return postage plus any import charges applied from the value of your refund.
Restricted Items
We are not permitted to send any liquid aftershaves, colognes, EDTs or any other liquid product containing alcohol to any country outside the UK.
This restriction is due to a ban on sending all such items containing alcohol by air.
All products restricted in this manner are clearly labelled as such on this website.
If for any reason you are able to checkout and purchase a product that is restricted to your country, we will contact you to let you know.
Breakages
When packing your order, we take care to ensure that it is packed safely and securely. However, in the unlikely event that anything in your order is broken when it arrives, please email info@executive-shaving.co.uk so we can resolve it for you.
Please include an image of the damaged item, an image of the exterior box it was delivered in, an image of the interior of the box it was delivered in (including any packing materials) and an image of the shipping label.
Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.
Returns
We’re sure you’ll be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not 100% happy, please get in touch with us at info@executive-shaving.co.uk. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you are looking to return anything please note that we can only accept products that are unused and in their original packaging. If the item(s) have been opened, used or damaged before returning to us we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by an appropriate amount.
For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer returns on used razors, brushes, combs or blades, unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We are unable to process refunds until after we have received the original goods back.
For all returns, we require you to include a completed copy of our Returns Form with the returned item(s). This form will allow us to quickly process any exchanges or refunds.
