Carefully insert a blade into your razor.
As soon as you feel the blade dragging or tugging on the skin (typically after 4-5 shaves) discard the blade and use a fresh one.
Used on two day growth, with absolutely no irritation at all. A really good, all round blade. I used it with my Vintage Gillette Black Handle Super Adjustable, on setting 2.
I also tend to suffer from irritation with certain blades, but with these Astras, nothing! A really good all round blade and one I highly recommend.
