Try not to splay the fibre knot too much, avoid hot water, warm water is fine.
A characteristic of G5 brushes is the lather tends to remain inside the knot compared to a traditional animal hair shaving brush.
Paint the lather on your skin, apply light pressure while doing so.
After use, rinse under running water until all traces of lather are gone, then gently squeeze the knot with a towel, finally draw the brush over the towel a few times. Leave the brush to dry in an aerated room.
