In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations and Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, Executive Shaving offers you a 14 day, 100% return guarantee.
Once you receive your order you have 14 days from the day after you received your delivery to decide if you want to keep the goods, or return them to us for a full refund.
In order to do this, you must provide us with notice of cancellation within the 14 day period. This notice must either be a written letter, email or a clearly stated telephone call.
Simply return the item(s) in their original packaging to us enclosing a completed copy of our Returns Form and we will replace, exchange or refund you.
Please note: If the item(s) have been opened, used or damaged before returning to us we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by an appropriate amount. For reasons of hygiene we are unable to offer refunds on used razors, brushes, combs or blades, unless the item is faulty.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
We are unable to process refunds until after we have received the original goods back. If you have not been refunded after 14 days of returning an item, please contact us with a clear copy (photo or scanned image) of your Post Office receipt so we can investigate the matter.
For all returns we require you to include a completed copy of our Returns Form with the returned item(s). This form will allow us to quickly process any exchanges or refunds. Failure to include this form can lead to delays in the return process.

Re-use the original packaging and filler if possible.
Send the item(s) back to us at the address below, we recommend using 2nd class Royal Mail recorded delivery to do this.

Our Returns Policy, above, also applies in full to our overseas customers. All we ask is that you pay for the return shipping to ensure that we receive the returned goods. If the goods you are returning are faulty, or sent in error we will refund your postage costs once we receive the returned goods.
