Badger hair shaving brushes allow your shaving cream / soap to better penetrate the beard stubble by getting underneath the beard and softening the whiskers. Using a shaving brush also lifts the whiskers off the face which leads to a closer shave.

HOW TO USE
Wet the brush in warm water, flick off excess water. Gently swirl the brush in shaving cream or soap and create a rich, creamy lather.
Paint the lather onto your bearded area. Don't splay the brush hairs.
Once finished, rinse the brush under running water, flick excess water off, gently dab dry with a towel and store the brush upside down on the stand where air can circulate around the brush.
Never use hot water on the brush. Hot water will damage the hair and can lead to the hair expanding and splitting the handle.
I would give this brush 10/10 if I could, it is just as described.
Sort and stubby but so soft.
Delivered within 48 hours of ordering, an excellent transaction.
Well done to Executive Shaving - an affordable super hair brush that works ever so well.
I use Tabac shaving soap and this brush made light work of working up a rich lather, it does not flop around like super brushes do that are less dense and have longer hair. This brush meets my needs perfectly. Priced righ too, I am very happy with my purchase.
I bought this on recommendation and I have not been disappointed with it.
I spent a long time trying to decide whether I should buy this or go for some other brush for around the £100 mark, in the end I decided to get this one and use it for 6 months and then revisit my choice.
I don't think I will be buying another brush for a long time :)
If you are hesitating like I was, then don't it is a great brush and feels like a much more expensive brush than it is.
Delighted with my purchase.
I did not know what to buy so called the Executive Shaving and they recommended this brush, I have nothing to compare it against as this is the first shaving brush I've bought but it seems to do a great job.
There are much more expensive brushes available but this one is perfect for me. The brush is not too big so it's easy to control with the thumb and first two fingers on the knot. The brush retains water very well; soak it in hot water, two flicks and it's loaded with just the right amount of water. Against the face it feels great. Stiff enough to raise your beard but still very comfortable against the skin. A great brush!
Just a great brush. After the break in it lathers like a sir. I use it with the green Proraso and it just works.
Great value and quality. Looks nice too. The drip stand works fine.
Find me a better brush at a better price. Superb!
The Bhoy from East Kilbride
Bought at Silverburn shop, very happy with this, more expensive than other brushes on display but I was well advised to go for this one and a Simpson shaving cream. Great little shop and good service, nothing too much trouble.
Function: the brush works pretty well, is much smaler than expacted, but the badger bristles are top. But the hold is in the color cream and material totaly different to the 5-blade razor fusion in the color ivory. I want a suitable set existing of brush and razor. It is a pity that there is such a big difference.
Check out that description again. This is a Super Badger brush, for this money? This is a mighty fine brush, so soft and a very respectable size. Like me you’ll probably buy others to try because that’s how it is, you want to try them. Do you need anything other than this? No. But you will, won’t you?
I have a shelf full of expensive brushes - badgers and synths. This little jewel is one of my favourites.
