Little to no pressure is needed for these blades - they are extremely sharp! Ensure you have a rich lather to lubricate the blade when shaving.
The Feather can be too sharp for some so feel free to take a look at our full range of razor blades to find ones to suit your needs. Click here to browse our collection.
Pack of 10 razor blades
When shaving, take your time, don't apply pressure when using a safety razor, the weight of the head should provide the right weight for a Feather blade to do its job.
Feather NEW HI-STAINLESS, Platinum Coated Blades are suitable for all DE Safety Razors and Dovo Shavette Disposable Blade Straight Razors.
HOW TO USE
Use only when you have a rich, creamy lather on the face, do not use with cheap spray foam shaving gunks - they simply don't provide sufficient lubrication for this blade.
The sharpest and the best.

I have been using these blades for last three years and they have earned my respect. They need a smooth hand with a feather touch. Thanks again to the executive shaving company for adding another world class product in there excellent collection.
The best double edge razor blades on the planet, use with a gillette fatboy, they are the perfect partners for an incredible shave.
The sine qua non of DE razor blades.
I use nothing else.
This blade is second to none. That simply.
Having experimented with half a dozen different brands I can safely say these blades are the best money can buy. Smooth clean shaves with and against the grain, little to no irritation even on the 5th shave.
I actually got these from 'executive' a couple of months ago, but was afraid to use them! I had read so many reviews saying how sharp they were, and calling them the ninja of razor blades. I felt sure I would cut myself badly using them.
Well, this week I finally opened the pack, loaded it into my Gillettte 'slim', wound it up to No. 6 & proceeded with care.
Well, it was a revelation. The blade is that sharp, it glides over your face, and slices cleanly through your whiskers. I got a wonderful BBS shave, (my best ever), after 3 passes using a rich lather, and I regret not opening them sooner!
My other regret is having a cupboard full of other blades, when this is now clearly the one I'll be using in future...
Best blades ever... I had 9 days of growth, so quite a hefty amount of facial hair. These feather blades in my Muhle R89 closed comb razor took the whiskers right down on the first pass with short strokes, no problem, with out any pulling. Then a second pass to get a real close shave smooth finish.
Top blades I will always use them.
When I first began my foray into DE blades and wet shaving I was clueless. I began with the proper shaving creams but assumed one DE blade was as good as another. Through Executive Shave I learned that one should/must experiment with different blades. These Feather blades are excellent!! They are sharp! But try them along with others and I expect, like me, you'll see why they are so highly regarded. My blades of choice now!
Have used a wide range of blades from big ben to yellow gilette and astra plus personna.
my razors collection are as follows black beauty 72 gilette slim 64 gilette fatboy 57 merkur 39 c, merkur futur, merkur 29l and fatip grande.
What razor would you team up with the feathers?
the above blades are all my favourites and I get impeccable advice and service when I buy from executive shaving.
This is not a novice blade !
I don't doubt that this is the sharpest blade available either.
I learnt the hard way - I'll be waiting a while longer before I try the next blade in the pack !!!
I suffered from redness when shaving...until I tried the Feather blade. These are seriously good! Instantly, I had a more comfortable shave with no irritation. At last, I can go against the grain on the third pass with no problems. Don't be put off by the the scary reports as to how sharp these are. The sharpness prevents irritation! I will be buying more of these!
Does it get any better? Probably not. Wave goodbye to shaving burn.
I've read the reviews above and just want to add that I've recently swapped over (after 30+ years) from my gillette Sensor and Mach3! These are my first blades and I've no problem adjusting. Yes it was scary on my first shave, but just keep a light hand & short strokes and you'll be fine. Don't be put off about the blades being too sharp! Isn't that why you are here?
Read reviews about these blades being sharp and was worried I'd end up sliced to bits, but decided I'd have a try with them. Didn't get a single nick or cut. Gave a bbs shave as expected. Yes their sharp and their now the only blade I'll ever use.
