Delivery Policy


The Executive Shaving Company treats the delivery of all our customers’ orders as a priority. We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, so you can start enjoying it.

This is why, for UK domestic deliveries, we use Royal Mail Tracked services. Unlike normal packet post services these will provide us with the ability to track your order as it progresses through the Royal Mail network, right up to the point of delivery. So we will always know where your order is. Additionally if your order is over the value of £75 and you select the Standard shipping service, we will upgrade your delivery to a Tracked & Signed for service at no extra charge to the one stated below, for complete piece of mind.

We have also partnered with courier firm UPS for our express deliveries. UPS are one of the largest courier companies in the world and offer the complete 24 hour delivery service. This next working day service is fully tracked and insured, again for complete piece of mind.

Order Despatch

We will despatch your order to you on the same day, provided that we receive your order before 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be despatched the following Monday or Tuesday if Monday falls on a Bank Holiday.

Orders placed on bank holidays will be despatched the next working day.

Next Day Service despatches - all Next Day Service orders will be despatched on the same day, up until 15:00 GMT. After this cut off point, they will be despatched out the next working day.

If your order is over the value of £75 we will upgrade your shipping to a Tracked & Signed For service at no extra cost to those stated above, giving you complete piece of mind.

Please Note:
~The Small Items service is only available on selected small sized items and is not applicable to all items sold by The Executive Shaving Co..
*Deliveries to some remote areas cannot be guaranteed by the next working day, but are guaranteed within 3 working days.
**We reserve the right to alter the service for Next Day deliveries depending on size, value and weight of your order. For all next day orders that weigh over 2kg we will guarantee delivery the next working day, but cannot guarantee delivery before 1pm.
†UPS deliveries despatched on a Friday will be delivered on the next working day.

If you are out when delivery is attempted
If no one is at the delivery address stated on your order to take receipt of your parcel, the delivery person will leave an 'I Called When You Were Out' card. This card will contain detailed instructions for you to arrange collection or redelivery of your order. Please call the telephone number on this card or visit their website, before you call us.

Alternative 'Safe Place' Delivery Instructions
If you add a ‘Safe Place’ Alternative Delivery Instruction to your order, such as ‘If out leave parcel in my shed’ this will invalidate any insurance on the parcel and so liability for the item will be down solely to you.

As a result of this any order that requires a signature, or is over £75 in value, will not be dispatched to a ‘Safe Place’ alternative to your address.

If your parcel is damaged in transit to you
If your parcel has been damaged by the courier in transit to you, please call us on 0141 880 3040 striaght away. If this is not possible, you can email us at info@executive-shaving.co.uk detailing the damage. Please send us some digital images of the damage as well, so we can begin to resolve this for you quickly.

BFPO addresses
We are happy to despatch orders to service personnel who use the BFPO address system.


International Order Delivery

E.U. Orders
If your order is for delivery to a country that is a member of the European Union (E.U.) then you can select from the following servcies:

If your order is for delivery to a country that is not a member of the E.U., then you can select from the following services:

Customs Charges outside the E.U.

Additional taxes, charges or import duties may be applicable to deliveries of goods to countries out with the E.U.

If they apply, you will need to arrange payment with the local tax authorities before the parcel will be released for delivery.

We have no control over these additional charges and we cannot predict what they may be, you will be responsible for these charges.

Please contact your local Tax and Customs Office for clarification.

We accept no responsibility or liability for orders impounded by local customs authorities due to the non-payment of local import taxes. If the package is returned to us, we will deduct the cost of return postage plus any import charges applied from the value of your refund.

Restricted Items Delivery
We are now able to send colognes, aftershaves and perfumes to some international addresses.

We can only send these restricted items via road freight transport over land.

You will be notified at the checkout, after you input your delivery address, as to what restrictions apply to your order.
