Delivery Times

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday and all orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same day. Order received after 3pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.

The delivery time depends on your location and the delivery service selected at checkout. However, all deliveries in the UK will generally be made within 5 days of dispatch.

Delivery Services

We use a combination of delivery services and the provider and service used will depend on your location, the size and weight of the products ordered, the value of the goods and the delivery service you select at checkout. Upon completion of payment you will receive a confirmation to confirm the order. Please check the confirmation carefully to ensure delivery details are correct.

All orders are sent on a tracked service which means you will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched and you can track the progress of your order to the point of delivery.

We always recommend that you provide us with a delivery address where it is likely that someone will be available to receive the parcel.

Shipping is FREE for all orders over £75 to UK addresses.

We use the Standard Delivery service for our free shipping offer. If you require your order sooner, please select another service at checkout.

Restricted Items

All items classified as a Bladed Product under the Offensive Weapons Act 2019, will require proof of age upon delivery. We use Royal Mail’s Age Verification delivery services for this. Royal Mail use the Challenge 25 procedure, so if you look under 25 you will be required to provide proof of age using a passport or driving licence.

We are not permitted to send any liquid aftershaves, colognes, EDTs or any other liquid product containing alcohol to any country outside the UK. This restriction is due to a ban on sending all such items containing alcohol by air. All products restricted in this manner are clearly labelled as such on this website. If for any reason you are able to checkout and purchase a product that is restricted to your country, we will contact you to let you know.

Breakages

When packing your order, we take care to ensure that it is packed safely and securely. However, in the unlikely event that anything in your order is broken when it arrives, please email info@executive-shaving.co.uk so we can resolve it for you. Please include an image of the damaged item, an image of the interior of the box it was delivered in (including any packing materials) and an image of the shipping label.

Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returns

We’re sure you’ll be happy with your order. However, if for any reason you’re not 100% happy, please get in touch with us at info@executive-shaving.co.ukWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If you are looking to return anything please note that we can only accept products that are unused and in their original packaging. If the item(s) have been opened, used or damaged before returning to us we reserve the right to reduce any refunds by an appropriate amount.

For reasons of hygiene, we are unable to offer returns on used razors, brushes, combs or blades, unless the item is faulty. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. We are unable to process refunds until after we have received the original goods back.

For all returns, we require you to include a completed copy of our Returns Form with the returned item(s). This form will allow us to quickly process any exchanges or refunds.
