We are still here to help you

The current health emergency over the Covid-19 virus and the subsequent lockdown and social distancing restrictions are a worrying time for everyone. It has been a worrying time for all of us here at the Executive Shaving Company and we share everyone’s concerns as to how long the current lockdown will take to combat the virus. With the introduction of the lockdown, we sent all staff home and told them to stay there and work from home, if possible, handling customer email enquiries and LiveChat conversations. However, we have still managed to keep order dispatch operational with a skeleton staff of just two, handling all your order dispatches.

As a result of this all the orders we receive will be processed and dispatched as close to normal as possible. Currently all our Couriers, including Royal Mail, UPS and DHL are working delivering orders around the country, but there may be slight delays given the current circumstances. We ask you to be patient at this difficult time.
Please note: Royal Mail have suspended their Next Day by 1pm service. Should you require your order the next working day, please select our Express service instead. For Weekend deliveries select the Saturday service.
If your order is for delivery to a country outside of Europe, please expect some delays due to extended checks at departing and receiving customs zones.

Stock availability

Working closely with our suppliers, we have been able to maintain our levels of stock to ensure you have access to your favourite products. However, some lines have inevitably sold out or are getting low, we are trying to source the best alternatives to these products.
Demand for Morgan’s Hand Sanitiser has been incredible, we sold out 200 bottles within 25 minutes of sending out our regular marketing email on Wednesday the 8th of April. Apologies if you missed out, we are expecting more stock in the next few days.

How to combat Covid-19 Virus

The number one step to prevent spreading Covid-19 is to wash your hands, as advised by the NHS, WHO, Scottish and UK Governments. Soap combats the virus by dissolving the lipid (fatty) membrane around the virus, the virus then falls apart. Wash your hands frequently for more than 20 seconds after handling items other people have touched, door handles, other common use items and when you return indoors from exercise or shopping trips.
