All of our credit and debit card transactions are processed using Secure Trading. Secure Trading are an approved payments solution provider for most major banks or financial institutions such as Lloyds TSB Cardnet, Barclays, HSBC, American Express, HBOS and RBS. All card numbers are encrypted in using 128 bit encryption. This information is not kept or passed on to us.
Delivery
Generally, we will despatch to you the same day providing we receive your order before 13.00 hrs.
Services used are First Class, Second Class, Recorded, Special Delivery, Parcel Force, Courier and Airmail (international signed for service).
UK Delivery
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday. Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day. Orders are sent by either Royal Mail 1st Class or 2nd Class, depending on the service you select. UK 1st Class P&P charge is £4.50 and 2nd Class is £3.50. Orders over £20.00 in the UK will always be sent Recorded Delivery.
UK Next Day Delivery
We dispatch orders Monday - Friday, orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
We will despatch to you the same day providing we receive your order before 13.00 hrs.
We can send orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery which are guaranteed by 1pm the next working day.
This service costs £7.50 and always requires a signature on delivery.
If you require next day delivery for a Saturday, please call us on 0141 880 3040 to arrange this service.
**Please note: Deliveries in some remote areas cannot be guaranteed by the next working day but are guaranteed within 3 working days.
EU Delivery
Postage and packing to EU countries is £9.50, irrespective of order value.
Delivery Outside the EU
Postage and packing Internationally is £15.00, irrespective of order value.
If your order requires a signature on delivery, please make sure someone is there during working hours who can sign for the delivery.
Cancellation/Cooling Off Period

As per The Distance Selling Regulations, The Executive Shaving Company offers a cancellation period of 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, during which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full reimbursement of all money paid. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Exchange/Returns
30-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the item you have bought after the stated 'cooling off' period- simply return it in new condition within 30 days and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or give you a full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions. We cannot offer this service for grooming products, for hygiene reasons. All items are returned at the customers expense, unless faulty.
Goods Colours & Colour Reproduction / Website Images
It is regrettable that we are not able to provide customers with colour-perfect images of our items on the web site. Customers accept that the photographs we make available on our website are as accurate as possible but are provided for informational purposes only, in order to give prospective customers a guide.
Prices
The price you pay will be that specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods include postage. All prices are inclusive of VAT at current UK rates.
