Security
All of our credit and debit card transactions are processed using VSP (Protx Verisecure Payment System). Protx are an approved payments solution provider for most major banks or financial institutions such as Lloyds TSB cardnet, Barclays, HSBC, American Express, Halifax and Bank of Scotland. All card numbers are encrypted in using 128 bit encryption. This information is not kept or passed on to us.
Delivery
Orders are processed and despatched as quickly as possible. Services used
are First Class, Second Class, Recorded, Parcel Force courier and Airmail (international
signed for service).
UK Delivery
Standard postage and packing in the UK is £3.50 irrespective of order value. Orders over £60.00 in the UK will be sent Recorded Delivery at no extra cost to standard postage and packing charge of £3.50.
EU Delivery
Postage and packing to EU countries is £7.50, irrespective of order value
Delivery Outside the EU
Postage and packing Internationally is £15.00, irrespective of order value.
All packages will require a signature on delivery so please ensure a delivery address is given so the package can be signed for through working hours.
Cancellation/Cooling Off Period

As per The Distance Selling Regulations, The Executive Shaving Company offers a cancellation period of 7 working days, beginning the day after you receive the goods, during which you have the right to cancel your order and receive a full reimbursement of all money paid. In order to do this, you must provide notice of cancellation in writing and it must be posted or emailed to our stated business address within the cancellation period. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty.
Exchange/Returns
30-DAY, 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not completely satisfied with the
item you have bought after the stated 'cooling off' period- simply return it in new condition within 30 days
and we will exchange it, or you can choose something else, or give you a
full refund excluding delivery costs, no questions. We cannot offer this
service for grooming products, for hygiene reasons. All items are returned
at the customers expense, unless faulty.
Goods Colours & Colour Reproduction / Website Images
It is regrettable that we are not able to provide customers with colour-perfect images of our items on the web site. Customers accept that the photographs we make available on our website are as accurate as possible but are provided for informational purposes only, in order to give prospective customers a guide.
Prices
The price you pay will be that specified in the checkout facility on the website. Prices for goods include postage. All prices are inclusive of VAT at current UK rates.
