Search

To make a search with Dr Shave, simply type in your question or keywords in the dialogue box and click the “Ask” button.

Alternatively, you can click on the “Shaving A-Z” button to view existing topics.

Edit

If you feel that you can contribute something to an existing article or if you feel something is not right, you can edit the article, or section of the article by simply clicking on the “edit” link found at the right of the text.

To continue the edit procedure, existing members will have to log in and new members will have to register.

When you have logged in you will see the text of the article underneath the subject title in a dialogue box. Here you can make changes to the article or add additional information.
When you have finished click on the “submit edited version for review” tab.

Add New Article

On the Shavepedia Homepage you will see the “add new article” link. Click on this link and the page for adding or editing articles will appear.
Complete the “Article title” box before adding the article in the dialogue box below.

If you need to add more than one section, usually under a section heading, click on the  button under the “Section” heading. Add the section title and write the text in the dialogue box.

Repeat this to add more sections.

When you have finished, click on the “Submit” tab.

Add link to new article

To add a link in your article, highlight the text to be linked and then click on the “add link” button on the toolbar at the bottom of the dialogue box
