The hand held adjustable leather strop by Muhle, the famous German shaving goods manufacturer, is generally used as a substitute to the hanging leather and canvas strop.

Clever design gives the leather strop flexibility whereby if you apply too much pressure - the strop 'gives' so that you don't damage your razor. Ideal for travel.

With two leather sides, one side (green) is often used with a coarse strop paste (green), and the reverse for daily pre shave stropping (use with yellow non abrasive strop paste).
