Q. What are your delivery times?
A. Orders are processed and despatched the same day we receive your order providing it arrives with us prior to 13.00 hrs. Orders received after 13.00 hrs will be dispatched the next working day. Services used are Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, Recorded Delivery, Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce and Airmail.
Q. What if I need my order quickly?
A. We can arrange next day delivery for orders placed Monday - Friday using Royal Mail's Special Delivery service. This service costs £7.50, is guaranteed before 1 pm, parcels can be tracked and will require a signature on delivery. To arrange next day delivery, please select UK Next Day at the checkout or call us on +44 (0) 141 880 3040 and place your order over the phone.
Q. Do I have to sign for my delivery?
A. All orders with an order value of over £20 will require a signature on delivery as will orders being delivered to flat addresses. Generally, it is always best to provide a delivery address where the item can be signed for during the day.
Q. I live outwith the EU, do I need to pay VAT?
A. Prices on the website are inclusive of VAT. For customers living outwith the EU, the VAT will be refunded once the order has been placed. An email will be sent to you to confirm the VAT refund.
Q. How do you ensure shipments will arrive intact?
A. All shipments are securely packaged in padded envelopes or in cardboard boxes with polystyrene filler to ensure safe delivery.

Q. The item I want is out of stock?
A. When dealing with hard to source items, sometimes we will run out of stock. Please send us an email and we will do our best to give you an estimated delivery date.
Q. What if I want to return an item?
A. 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE. If for any reason, you are dissatisfied with any of your purchases, or have simply changed your mind, you may return them to us for a refund or replacement, unused and re-saleable within their original packaging - within 30 days of the despatch date.

We must insist that items are correctly re-packaged and returned to us by a recognised, insured and signed for method in order to avoid loss of the item during return. We cannot refund a returned item that has not been received by us.
Q. How long will it take to refund my order?
A. Your refund will be issued by us on the day that we receive your returned item, provided it reaches us in a re-saleable condition.
Q. Do you refund postage costs for returns/exchanges?
A. Items will to be returned at the customer's expense, unless the item is faulty, in which case we will refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra cost.
Q. What about the new WEEE directive?
A. WEEE Regulations:
The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge. The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK, recycling reduces the environmental and health risks associated with sending electrical goods to landfill. Executive Shaving Limited is obliged under these regulations to offer our customers free take-back of their WEEE on a like-for-like basis when they buy a new Electrical or Electronic product from us.
Customers must return their like-for-like WEEE item to us within 28 days of purchasing their new item. Customers must cover the cost of returning their WEEE item. Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
