Orders will be despatched the same day we receive your order providing we receive this prior to 13.00 hrs. Orders received after 13:00 will be sent the next working day.

The method we use to despatch depends on the value of the item, the weight and size of the item and the destination address.
Services used are Second Class, Recorded Delivery, Special Delivery, Parcelforce, Courier Special Delivery, and Airmail (international signed for service)

UK Delivery
Standard postage and packing in the UK is £3.50 irrespective of order value. Orders over £20.00 in the UK will be sent via Courier or Royal mail Recorded Delivery at no extra cost. Orders received after 13:00 will be sent the next working day.

UK Next Day Delivery
For orders placed between Monday and Friday, we can send orders using Royal Mail Special Delivery which are guaranteed by 1pm the next working day. This service costs £7.50 and always requires a signature on delivery. If you require next day delivery for a Saturday, please call us on 0141 880 3040 to arrange this service. 
**Please note: Deliveries in some remote areas cannot be guaranteed by the next working day but are guaranteed within 3 working days.

EU Delivery
Postage and packing to EU countries is £9.50, irrespective of order value

Delivery Outside the EU
Postage and packing Internationally is £15.00, irrespective of order value.

Packages worth £20.00 + will require a signature on delivery so please ensure a delivery address is given so the package can be signed for during working hours.
